It was located in a downtown area just off old town and restaurants/bars and the restaurants, bakery, super market and bus stations and the centre of the old town, The stuff helped us with every question...

Downtown 2 was EPIC! The location was lit, right in the heart of the old town and we could walk to all the cool spots. The rooftop view was next level, the vibes were on point and we felt like true locals. Plus, the apartment was huge and comfy AF. We had the best time ever, and we already want to go back for more!

The only thing that would've made our vacay even more LIT would be if there was a party area or a chill hangout spot in the apartment itself. It would've been awesome to have a cool place to pregame before hitting the town.

Friendly and helpful host provided a thorough tour of the property and even ordered a taxi. Amazing views from the rooftop terrace.

Although the location is convenient, there is a steep hill leading to the apartment, which may pose a challenge for those with mobility issues.

This apartment was amazing! The views over the town and the ocean were breathtaking. I couldn't stop staring out the window, it was so beautiful. The second bedroom had two single beds, perfect for our kids. The private bathroom had a shower, which was convenient for quick refreshment.

The only thing I liked less was that the shower could have been a bit bigger. But hey, that's just my personal preference.

Parking could be challenging on the steep road.

The location of the apartment was fantastic, close to restaurants, bars, and the old town. The views were amazing, and we even got to go sea swimming in November. The apartment itself was comfortable with nice beds and optional dining areas. Our host Francisco was friendly and attentive, providing us with helpful information about Funchal. He even went out of his way to deliver an extra fan during a heatwave. I had a great experience at Apt. Downtown 2 and would recommend it.
